FSPC 2016 Florida Taking Action for Suicide Prevention Mini-Conference

The Florida Suicide Prevention Coalition (FSPC) is pleased to announce the FSPC 2016 Florida Taking Action for Suicide Prevention Mini-Conference. The mini conference (two-half days) is hosting speakers from across the state representing the FSPC and other entities. This valuable educational opportunity is being held just prior to Florida’s Annual Suicide Prevention Day at the Capitol advocacy event on January 14th and the first 2016 Suicide Prevention Coordinating Council Meeting. 

Conference location is Florida Department of Children & Families
 1317 Winewood Blvd., Building 4, Conference Room, Tallahassee, FL 32399
 on January 12, 2016 – 1:00 pm to 5:00 pm and January 13 – 8:15 to noon.

 FSPC members and the public are invited to learn about prevention initiatives, and gain skills in suicide prevention and advocacy. 

FSPC Regional Directors have scheduled a planning meeting as well directly after the mini conference.
